Key Responsibilities of the
Information Technology Assistant:
- IT systems administration
- User access administration
- End-user support
- Daily operation and maintenance of systems
- Data backups and preventive maintenance
- Security of user accounts and physical access
- Contact with system vendors
- Participation in system development and adaptation
- Compliance with local and international data laws
- Training and development programs
- Financial planning and budgeting for IT applications
- Diploma in an IT-related field and a minimum of 4 years of IT experience in a busy environment
- Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CISCO, CompTIA) are advantageous.
- Proven experience in IT with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
- Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
- Strong communication skills
